The Meals on Wheels Community Learning Center is a 1,800 square-foot space designed to advance and support the vital services and programs in our non-profit community. The Community Learning Center is available for educational and training seminars, meetings and special events.
Room Features-
The Community Learning Center has seating for 150 guests. The room can be set up as a dining area or in classroom/lecture format. The room features (14) 60 in. round tables, (4) 72 in. round tables and (4) 96 in. banquet tables and plush padded chairs. The lay-out may be arranged to accommodate each specific event. Click here to see a lay-out. At the present time, no audio visual equipment is available. Podium available upon request.
Catering Options-
The Chautauqua Café, a subsidiary of Sodexo Inc., can offer a comprehensive affordable menu. All catering arrangements must be made through Chautauqua Café by calling (716) 819-2880. Please make sure to mention you are using the Community Learning Center at Meals on Wheels when you call. For an additional charge coffee and tea are available, all other food and beverage preferences must be handled by the respective group.
Rental Rates-
Meals on Wheels reserves the Community Learning Center on a case-by-case basis. The rental rates cover our actual expenses. To make a reservation, contact Kathleen Zastrow at (716) 822-2201, ext. 42.

- Less than 4 hours - $50
* Additional clean up charge may be required based on the event.
Hours of Operation-
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Request for other days and times will be considered.
